Who we are
FusionAlternatives.com ("the Site") is an educational resource about alternatives to spinal fusion surgery, operated by Atlantic Spine Center ("ASC"), a medical practice with locations in New Jersey and New York.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this Site (consultation request, quiz results, or MRI review request), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any information you share about your health condition. How we use it
Form submissions are transmitted to Atlantic Spine Center so its patient care team can respond to your request, including by phone, email, or text if you consented. Health information received by ASC is handled under its own privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside ASC except with the service providers needed to operate the Site.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information you submitted by emailing hello@atlanticspinecenter.com. You can opt out of communications from Atlantic Spine Center by following the instructions in those communications or calling (877) 727-6272.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information in transit and retain form submissions only as long as needed to route your request and maintain business records.
Minors
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this Site, contact us at hello@atlanticspinecenter.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
This site is not for emergencies
